These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Finlytix mobile application ("the app", "we", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Finlytix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Finlytix is a personal finance tracking app that allows you to:

• Track asset holdings and net worth
• Monitor live market prices (metals, currencies, oil, Egypt gold)
• Track recurring subscriptions
• Set price alerts (premium feature)
• Calculate gold values
• Sync data across devices via iCloud

3. Account

You sign in using Apple's Sign in with Apple service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Financial Information Disclaimer

Finlytix is an informational tool only. It is not financial advice.

• Market prices are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed or inaccurate
• Gold prices in Egypt are based on Egypt Sagha prices and may differ from actual dealer prices
• International commodity prices are sourced from public market data
• Currency exchange rates are indicative and may differ from rates offered by banks or dealers
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data
• You should not make financial decisions based solely on information provided by this app
• Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions

5. In-App Purchases

Finlytix offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads (Monthly): Auto-renewable subscription for ad-free experience and price alerts
• Remove Ads (Lifetime): One-time purchase for permanent ad-free experience and price alerts

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Advertising

The free version of Finlytix displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are not shown to premium subscribers or users with special access.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the app's servers or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape market data from the app

8. Intellectual Property

Finlytix, including its design, code, icons, and content, is the intellectual property of Finlytix. All rights reserved. Market data is provided by third-party sources and is subject to their respective terms.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Financial data you enter (holdings, subscriptions) is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple iCloud. We do not access your financial data on our servers.

10. Availability and Updates

• We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice
• Certain features require an internet connection and may be unavailable during outages
• We may enforce minimum version requirements for continued use
• Market data availability depends on third-party API providers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the app or reliance on its data
• We are not liable for inaccuracies in market prices, exchange rates, or gold prices
• We are not liable for data loss, including loss of holdings or subscription records
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the last 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finlytix from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device and deleting your account via Settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
