How do I add a holding?
Tap the + button on the Dashboard to add gold, cash, or other assets. You can add multiple holdings and track their value over time.
Where does market data come from?
Prices come from trusted global market sources — international metals and currencies from major live providers, and Egypt gold rates from the Sagha (the local jewelers' market) so the numbers match what you'd see locally. Everything refreshes every minute.
Is my financial data sent to your servers?
No. Your holdings, subscriptions, and wealth data live on your phone. If you turn on iCloud sync, they travel privately between your own Apple devices through Apple's encrypted iCloud. We can't see any of it.
How do I remove ads?
Subscribe to Finlytix Plus or Pro. Go to Profile > Finlytix Pro to choose a plan. Both Plus and Pro remove all ads and unlock extra features like expanded tracking, more alerts, and — on Pro — home-screen widgets.
What are the subscription plans?
Finlytix offers four tiers: Free (basic portfolio tracking, 1 market alert, ads), Plus (ad-free, expanded tracking, up to 5 alerts & 25 watchlist items, weekly Financial Status, monthly PDF reports, 100 Finny AI replies / day, multi-currency wallets, all notifications), Pro (everything in Plus, unlimited tracking, unlimited alerts & watchlist, unlimited Financial Status & PDFs, unlimited Finny AI, home-screen widgets, all-time CSV export, Pro badge & achievements), and Finlytix V (a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access). Plus and Pro are available as monthly or yearly subscriptions with regional pricing.
How do I set a price alert?
Tap the bell icon on any asset in the Market screen to set a target price. Free users get 1 active alert, Plus users get up to 5, and Pro users get unlimited alerts. You'll receive a notification when the price is reached.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our server and your device. This action cannot be undone.
How do I change my display currency?
In the Market screen, tap the currency button (e.g. "USD" or "EGP") in the top toolbar to switch between supported currencies.
Does the app work offline?
Your existing data (holdings, subscriptions) is always available offline. Market prices require an internet connection to update.
